LCM is a well renowned Taiwan based Manufacturer of Second Screw Punches, Pin Punches, Hex 3pp Punch & other tooling for Fastener Forging applications. Our Second screw punch range is from M0 - M12 & #0 - #12 with punch diameter 12 MM, 14 MM, 18 MM, 23 MM & 30 MM. These punches are available in two HSS material grades namely M2 & M42 , wherein M2 is suitable for Carbon Steel & Alloy Steel & M42 is suitable for Stainless Steel. We also have special coating technology applied to the punches to get additional life & performance.

Thread Rolling Dies

We offer Flat Thread Rolling Dies from one of the leading manufacturers in Taiwan. Our product range starts from size #2 - #14 & M2.5 - M24 and the material used is DC53 with coating.

NOTE:- DC53 is a new general-purpose cold work die & mold steel whose strength and toughness approach those of high-speed steels. DC53 is an improvement over alloy tool steel D-2 specified in standard (JIS) G4404.

3PP Punch

We are sole distributors of Din 912 Hex punches of Tung Fang Accuracy Co. Ltd. Taiwan. Our product range starts from M3 onwards including BSW, UNC & UNF series and the material used is M42 Tialn coated.

Trimming Dies

Trimming Dies are used to cut the head part mainly for Hex Bolts. Our product range starts from M3 onwards and it comes in various material grades such as M2, M42, M35, etc.
